DR JOHN OLATUNDE AYENI - Principal Partner

Olatunde Ayeni graduated from the Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria in 1990 and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1992. In 2014 he was awarded an honorary doctorate degree in business administration from Achievers University, Akure.
Dr. Ayeni has experience in several areas of the law and his competencies include Oil & Gas, Maritime & Shipping, Corporate Law and Real Estate law. He is a member of the International Bar Association and the Nigeria Bar Association where he has held several leadership positions to date including :
•    2nd Vice Chairman of the Nigerian Bar Association, Ikeja Branch;
•    Member – National Committee of the Nigerian Bar Association;
•    Member of the Nigerian Council of Legal Education;

A highly regarded businessman, Dr. Ayeni also serves on the board of directors of several blue chip companies including as Chairman of Skye Bank Plc and Aso Savings & Loans Plc, respectively.
